# Cookie and browser storage policy

This policy covers cookies and browser storage used by [komunitin.org](https://komunitin.org). It does not apply to CES or other instances of the Komunitin platform.

Cookies and similar technologies store information on your device. [komunitin.org](https://komunitin.org) uses them for the purposes below.

## Application storage

The platform operator uses browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and preferences, and cache content for the installed app. Sign-in data is removed when you sign out. Cached records and images expire after 30 days and are removed during cleanup; preferences and app files remain until updated or cleared.

## Analytics cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and measure visits and app usage for the platform operator. Analytics requires prior informed consent. Cookies last [up to two years](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207?hl=en), subject to browser limits, and are renewed with activity.

Google receives page addresses, usage information, browser/device details, pseudonymous identifiers and your IP address. Its [Privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [transfer safeguards](https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks) explain processing.

## Storage controls

Use your browser's site settings to block or delete cookies and storage. Clearing all site data signs you out and resets local preferences; your account and exchange records remain on the service. Blocking application storage can prevent app functions from working.
